Location – On beach in front of Sandbanks Hotel, Poole, Dorset

SUP disciplines – Distance: 14’, 12’6”, One Design, prone / Technical: 14’, 12’6”, One Design, prone / Round Brownsea: all shapes; not prone.

SUP categories – Seniors (18-39) / Masters (40-49) / Veterans (50-59) / Grand Kahuna (60+).

Details – Distance: 14km out-and-back ocean race. Start/finish: Sandbanks beach. Registration: 8am. Race: 9.30am. Technical: Approx 6km7km technical ocean race with 3-4 laps, 6 buoy turns per lap. Start/finish: Sandbanks beach. This race is a 2019 Team England selection event for the ISA and ESF. Registration: 10am. Races: from 11.45am. Challenge: non-competitive 2-3 hour paddle around Brownsea Island. Start/finish near the Watersports Academy, Banks Road, Poole. Starts: 1pm. Junior distance and technical. Age: 12-18. Races: from 10.30am.

Prize-giving and after-race party. Starts: 7pm at Watersports Academy, Banks Road, Poole. Cost £10, bookable when registering for races online.
