This is a little video of Lucy’s first ever SUP foil session! Lucy is a competent SUP surfer but has never stepped on a foil before. The conditions were perfect with a 1 foot clean wave coming in over a sand bank.
Remember that there are loads of ways to get into SUP foiling and this is not an instructional video. Going behind a boat first would be a good introduction to getting up on a SUP foil. But Lucy very much just wanted to give it a go!
Way to go Lucy! I’m absolutely loving windsurf foiling… will have to give the Sup foil a go soon!
