SUP foiling heaven, but it’s not all about glassy waves

F.ONE SUP just released this video of rider Rémi QUIQUE catching some great glides on his foil. Glassy waves and long rides it certainly looks like fun.

But one of the real joys of SUP foiling is that you can get out on those choppy days and still enjoy a smooth ride (albeit 1 ft above the water!) The foil really does allow you to get out in all conditions. Just don’t forget your helmet!

Good to see Rémi QUIQUE wearing a helmet and aware of the dangers of foiling in surf.
